A custom hand-forged wrought iron and mirrored four-panel folding screen, designed by The Jeffrey Design Group Inc. (Noel Jeffrey), New York, 2010. The interlocking ironwork of Moorish quatrefoil form, punctuated at each joint by leafed half-round collars, each panel backed with a full mirror to amplify light and space. Commissioned for a private Park Avenue residence, where it stood behind the curved sofa in the living room. A dramatic, bespoke piece of superb quality and scale.
Each panel 30"w x 90"h (overall 120" fully extended).
Documented original cost $40,000; accompanied by the original invoice.
